Irvine outlasted Pepperdine in 5 competitive games 22-25, 25-18, 25-20, 18-25, 15-13. Tamir Hershko and Kyle Russell paced Irvine with 18 kills each, while Parker Kalmbach led Pepperdine with 20 kills to Josh Taylor's 18.
